Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Google
Entrevista
I applied to the Sales & Account Management Department for a business analyst position. I do not have a business background, but my main disadvantage was that I was not aware enough of google Adwords. Even though I knew more than the basics, they really required excellence on the product, which I didn't have. The interviewers were super cool and alll of them had great backgrounds.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
