This is actually came a bit surprising to me. I got an email response the day after I applied for the position. Then we set up for the date of the interview, here the person contacting you might ask you to choose date from their calendar that suit your free time too. The first interview is phone interview. This happened for about an hour. First, they just asked me a general questions, such as why I was interested to the position and what I know about advertising, and so on. The next questions were about the detail industry of the position I was applying for. Lastly, they asked me some case, and asked me to propose my solution.
