Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Mountain View, CA) en feb 2010
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. I had about a 35 min conversation. It went really well. I was invited to take a logic and essay test. A day later I was contacted and told they would not be going further with the interviewing process…I guess that means I didn’t pass the test or they didn’t like my essay! Oh well I guess the 10+ years experience doesn’t count against logic questions and a four page essay!

You have $50,000 to plan a offsite...What location would you choose and how would you plan the site
They asked some random questions.
THe table was dirty and oily. The guy was high on something. This is a horrile place. i don't want to work there even if they pay $12 bucks.
The interview process started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, lasting about 30–45 minutes. They discussed my resume, experience, and fit for the role. This call was non-technical and mostly focused on background and behavioral questions.

They asked me to describe a time I managed multiple priorities and deadlines. They wanted to see how I organized tasks, communicated with team members, and solved problems under pressure.
A Google interview felt surprisingly simple and easy. The questions were straightforward, the pacing was calm, and the whole conversation moved smoothly without pressure or complexity. Person interviewing was very nice.
