I was contacted by the recruiter from Google who asked me whether I am interested about the position. After my positive answer we communicated through emails and I answered some questions about my previous work experience. The same day I received an invitation to phone interview. Interview took only 20-30 minutes and contained both questions about certain competences that I can demonstrate through my previous experience and about my actions in some potential situations.
I received the results of the interview two days later. Unfortunately, I could not go further but I have overall positive impression of the recruitment process in Google.

the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
