Entrevista
I was contacted via email post responding to the above named job opportunity. In a response back, I was asked to select a time that works for me to have an initial interview. I selected a time that worked, and received no phone call. I followed the same process again, received no phone call. Absurd.

Entrevista
Have been contacted by Google Cloud recruiter.
Had first interview with recruiter who seemed happy and scheduled a technical interview for the following week with a Google Cloud TAM in order to evaluate project and relationshipo management as well as technical aptitude.
Had the interview with GCP TAM, went pretty well...
2 weeks later, I received an email from recruiter stating that "Matthias felt you did not have enough technical background knowledge which is something that is required at this stage. He felt that responses were too high-level and he would have liked to see more detail and structure to your answers"
I was very surprised by that feeloing since I answered ALL questions and each time, after providing a generic answer, I started deep diving and elaborating, and each time, my interviewer answered me "this is OK, I see you know the answer, let's continue with another topic..."
Would lioke to emphasize that there was no tricky questions and all questions were very high level like "differences between PaaS and IaaS".
Then, I tried to reach my recruiter in order to debrief with her... and from this minute, she could not succeed in contacting me.
Suddenly, my phone number which was perfectly working before the interview was busy or not answering, my recruiter was OOO during weeks...
All emails sent with a proposal were answered after the proposed slot...
Recruiting process management is very poor, unbalanced. They do not understand that not only THEY provide you with value by offering a job but YOU also come with your value.
They consider you as a CaaS (Candidate as a Service). When they need to talk to you they can contact you, are professional... but then, they "deprovision" you as they would do with a resource...
