It was very good the interviewre was friendly. Then we dived into questions. they seemed easy at first but with time we went to depths i couldnt think off. so be extra prepared

How many adds for what duration I would run if i had to market a farming tool in an urban city
Interviewer came off as very rude and arrogant. Even though I didn’t have direct experience in a similar role, they still asked me questions as if I did and some of the tents they used I had never heard of because they specifically apply to that role.

Entrevista
Applied in February, was contacted quickly by a recruiter.
Completed 7 total interviews across different teams (Engage, Lead Gen, Commerce), due to constant pivots around headcount. Did 3 for engage, 3 for Lead Gen, 1 for Commerce.
After my 3rd round in May for the Lead Gen team, I was told I had finished interviews and was just waiting for headcount. That changed months later, and I was asked to do a 4th round in August.
Finally, after waiting 6 months, I was informed I would not receive an offer.
Pros:
My recruiter was excellent — very supportive and communicative.
Interviewers were professional and conversations were thoughtful.
Cons:
Extremely long and inconsistent process (6 months).
Conflicting communication: told I was done, then asked for more interviews.
Ultimately rejected after investing significant time and effort.
Takeaway:
The process was far longer and more disorganized than expected. While I respect the people I spoke with, I wish the company had been more decisive and respectful of candidate time.
