Telephone interview with the hiring manager based in USA. Quite informal and encouraged to ask lots of questions, he seemed very engaged in what I had to say so I felt quite positive about the whole experience and told I would hear back within days around the next stage. However since then I have had nothing not even from the internal recruiter who put me forward for the role. This job has been advertised for months so I am not sure they know what they want, but it is very unprofessional not to at least send out something to let you know you have been unsuccessful. Poor really poor.
