I had a phone interview, and two interviews after. Took about a month and half to get hired. I felt that the overall experience was good, just be yourself in the interviews, and it should give you a good opportunity.

Applied online and had to take a sales quiz. After that was a phone interview. The next step would've been an in person interview with a couple managers. Once your hired you need to go through a training course. This whole process can take a few months so don't expect to get hired right way apply earlier than you want to start.
