From the initial contact with the Talent Acquisition team all the way thru the interview process I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and the caliber of the questions. The interview team was well prepared, each individual focused on a different area of expertise and they all made sure to seek specifics in my responses. It was clear that they have been well trained on how to conduct a successful interview. Very positive experience.

Post-application contact by recruiter was respectively prompt, as well as our initial phone conversation. It was indicated during that call that I was a fit and recruiter wanted me to have a phone interview with the hiring manager -- this was where everything went down-hill. First, it took over a month for the recruiter to get me onto the hiring manager's schedule (how bad did they want to fill the role?), and at time hinted that it was my "limited availability" hindering the process (there was a 2-hour different in time zones). When I finally spoke with hiring manager, it was clear in < 5 minutes that I was not a fit AT ALL. Two weeks after this interview, I had not heard anything back from recruiter, so I sent them an email. It has been another week since that now with no response. This sort of treatment makes a horrible first-impression, not to mention a story that will be shared to anyone who will listen. Irony that this review of on the company's platform too.
