There was an initial screening with the recruiter and then an interview with hiring manager. Afterwards there was an 8-person interview panel with people from around the function. This was followed by another discussion with hiring manager.
The hiring manager was so disengaged and never followed up. I was not provided with any feedback until I followed up with them and it was already too late. Not something I would have expected for a company with such reputation

Interviewed with multiple individuals throughout the day. Most were from Genentech or other large pharmas. Interviews were low-stress and generally positive, although the final offer was for a different position.

Interview process was rather fast, with well planned meetings, and pleasant interactions with HR. However, at the end of the process, I never received feedback, even after several emails (to Hiring manager and HR) inquiring about status and outcome.
