took too long (over the course of one week), no feedback after the interviews, no-shows during the interview, very unprofessional, I think I got unlucky with my interviews, others seemed to have better experience

3 rounds of Interviews and then got ghosted by recruiter. Mailed 3 times, and no response. You kinda get your hopes up if interviews go very well and it is your top choice career wise. And then they ghost you for a month and still no rejection, nor acceptance. Disappointed
