The interview process was much quicker and smoother than I expected. I was referred to the position by a current employee and someone reached out to me within a few days. The interviewer himself was part of the team I will be joining, and he was really friendly and easy to talk to. It didn't feel like an interview at all, more like having a chat with an acquaintance. We mainly went over my portfolio. They then told me I'd get notified of the decision in the next week, but they got back to me the very next day to tell me I got in.
