Came in with a large group of other applicants for a blitz interview. Interviewed every half hour with five different managers and directors from the department. Was told about each of the positions they were hiring for (there were multiple open positions across departments). Was asked mostly about my experience and how I would handle certain situations. The recruiter emphasized that Gilead is a lean company and that wouldn't change but that it was a great place to learn at, but compared to other biotechs, might not pay as much.
