I applied online. The process took 4 weeks involved initial phone with the hiring manager, a Skype call with the hiring manager and his director, a presentation and interview with 23 people. A full day interview. Because I cannot presented the work that I was working on at the time, I decided to present some of the research work that I did at my old company without diverging confidentiality information. At the end of the day, the hiring manager told me that I should have called my colleagues at the old company to get the information for my presentation instead of omitting information.
