Submitted my resume online to company website. I was called by a recruiter a couple weeks later to set up a phone screen with the hiring manager. Talked with the hiring manager on the phone mostly about related course work and lab work done so far. Was a quick 30 min interview, and was told the next step would be to interview with HR during the next phone screen.
