1 Interview with 3 area managers in their respective departments. Overall pretty relaxed. The problem lies in GD's HR department, where they make mistakes booking your interview time slot, and very very slow to respond to anything you email. If you don't get the position, HR will ghost you 90% of the time.

Understand your engineering process well and be able to describe them. Seems like they try and see if your character is a good fit. HR very pleasant to work with.

Entrevista
Simple and broad interview. They asked questions about attitude rather than expertise. The bulk of the interview only took about 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the hour becoming chit chat and general discussion.
