Fairly straightforward interview process done in 3 phases. First interview was with the recruiter/my contact with the company, and we went over expectations, benefits, and overall culture fit. Second interview was with recruiter and HR rep, where we went over more behavioral/hypothetical situations (some STAR-type questions), and the third interview was with the hiring manager/lead engineer. We went over some technical questions, job expectations, and what I am to expect on a day-to-day basis.
