I applied online and within a day I received a call to come to a group interview. There was six of us and we met with the Assistant General Manager who took us to a backroom. We were told to introduce ourselves to each other and answer simple questions about our experience, retail, and what we knew about Gap. I was a little nervous as I had no prior experience in retail but it was fine because the other non-retail related questions were pretty easy and straightforward. She then set aside three of us to stay and speak with the General Manager who also asked some simple questions. A couple days later I received an email saying I got the job.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
