I applied online, and submit an application in person too. They called me in and Interviewed casually outside the store, one on one.They will call you later on if you are hired or not. Interview questions were not hard, just asked about your personality, behavioral, and situational about customer service, and whether you are a team player.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
