It was very formal. I met with multiple Producers and they asked me behavioral and situational questions. They were easy going and very friendly. They asked me to elaborate more. But overall, if you are prepared to talk about your past experiences and give situational answers, you'll do fine. Check out their linkedin profiles before and be sure to prepare many questions.

A four person panel interview followed by two one on ones. First with the hiring manager and the second with the Supervisor. They intentional ask questions to throw you off or see how you will handle it.
