The interview wasn't long at all, around fifteen minutes. The assistant manager was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Questions were really simple: why I wanted to work there, my availability, the wage, and about customer service. She also gave me time to ask her questions about the job. Overall, good experience.

Tell me about yourself. Why Gap? What is good customer service like? What wage are you looking for? How long would you like to work each week? What is a situation where you had to multi-task? How did you manage your time? What is a situation where you had to complete a task in a short period of time? And what was the result?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
