Interviewer was quite intimidating. It lasted for 40 minutes and the questions were very intense for this program. Make sure you are knowledgeable about each position this program focuses on and the latest trends in fashion.

starts with an assessment, and then the first round is behavioral, second round is a project. they give you a week for the project, which is essentially creating a business proposal

First round was behavioral questions, nothing crazy. Second round you have to come up with a new brand concept and present it to your interviewer. It was a lot of work and after presenting I got 0 feedback. Overall, very frustrating and disappointing.

The interview process started with an on campus behavioral interview with a small case study component where they asked me how I would approach a situation in which a winter coat was selling out faster than they could restock. After the interview I received an invitation to a Zoom video call where I had to present a business proposal.
