The whole process took about 6 weeks. First round of interviews were 2 hours long where I met with 4 managers in different departments. I was then asked to come back to interview again for 2 hours with different direct managers in the departments that I could be a good fit for. They mostly asked about my previous positions and how I would handle different situations. It was back and forth between myself and the managers asking and answering questions. I felt that I had good conversations with all the managers and they were all very experienced in their fields and had all been with the company for many years. The HR person that worked with me was very clear in our communication throughout and handled the process very professionally which I was extremely impressed with. The way I was treated during the process led me to accept the offer over other jobs I was offered. You can tell a lot about the company by the way they treat you before you even work for them.
