Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en GEOS Language (Torrance, CA) en may 2019
Entrevista
The manager asked about my experience with teaching foreign students. She asked if I know enough activities to keep students busy. Can I keep them entertained. Can you show proof of your degrees & credentials (which I did and she copied them and put them in a file).
She also asked if I was willing to teach part-time and on a temp basis. I responded yes and yes.
I have years of expat teacher experience in the Middle East and China. I was clearly overqualified for the position, which might explain what she did to me.
I called about 30 days later and she told me I was not hired for the job and all the positions were filled. I filed a complaint with the state dept. of employment.

I was promoted from within - Submitted an application and got no response for over a month. Due to my supervisor's glowing recommendation, the actual interview process was very easy - 3 interviews with upper management in 3 days, the weekend, and an offer.

Entrevista
It is a 2 day interview, starting with a general knowledge quiz. If you pass it then you can continue the interview. If you fail and they like you, you can repeat it the next day. If you pass it and they don't like they let you go. During two days you have to present model classes, learn about company structure and ideals, and the way you are expected to work.
