The manager asked about my experience with teaching foreign students. She asked if I know enough activities to keep students busy. Can I keep them entertained. Can you show proof of your degrees & credentials (which I did and she copied them and put them in a file). She also asked if I was willing to teach part-time and on a temp basis. I responded yes and yes. I have years of expat teacher experience in the Middle East and China. I was clearly overqualified for the position, which might explain what she did to me. I called about 30 days later and she told me I was not hired for the job and all the positions were filled. I filed a complaint with the state dept. of employment.
