Interview were consisted of 4 rounds: (1) Phone screening with recruiter. (2) Technical Interview. (3) Technical Presentation. (4) Behavior / leadership interview.
Phone screening was a typical HR screening.
Technical interview was with a senior principal engineer. Most questions were from a resume, and follow up questions were asked with a more depth.
Technical presentation was about how well one can explain problems and results. Interviewers were senior engineers.

It was very good, answered all questions related to Phase Field and DFT. Many questions were very detailed regrading DFT but I answered anyway. Some questions were related to Phase field and its importance in the industry.

Started with a phone screen followed by a one hour technical interview via Skype and finally an on-site interview. The on-site interview contained some panel-style technical interviews as well as one-on-one interviews that focused on behavioral questions.
