I had the experience of interviewing with General Electric. It happened to be a panel interview which I normally have not experienced in the past. Each person would take turns asking different questions. There were employees from finance and human resources. It was not too bad but hard to talk to everyone in th room at one time.

I applied via their website and within 7 seven, i received a mail asking for schedule of phone interview.
the interview was the HR type where you are asked questions like 'why do u want to work with us? Why GE? What are you short term goals?
