Super easy, they basically want to hire any young professional to get on the phones. Spoke with hr on the phone once, went in person and spoke with 3 managers. Called the next day to hire
The interview process at GE was very short. They did not conduct multiple interviews. They did not ask a lot of questions.They were straight to the point. Hiring process was smooth as well.

Process had started with a phone interview with HR which was then followed by a panel interview of three senior level leadership employees asking three questions each. Questions were looking for answers using real life examples
