GE Lighting recruits from my university, so the interview took place on campus. I was interviewed by three managers. They asked me all the facts I knew about the company. One of the managers were impressed that I memorized all the facts given at the company presentation a few days earlier. They asked me to name the CEO and as many Board of Directors as I could. The rest of the interview consisted of behavioral questions: What was a challenge you recently faced and how did you overcome it? Describe a time when you had to work as a part of a team. What is your greatest strength and weakness? etc. I got a call back from them in about two days.
