One finance call and one behavioral call, discussed my behavioral skills and then had a call with a Finance Plant manager where I learned more about the company. The discussions were largely behavioral and I spoke to someone in HR as well as a current person in the department I intended to work in.

Basic interview process. Questions they asked: 1) tell me about yourself; 2) what are your strengths; 3) what are your weaknesses; 4) case-related questions that challenge your thought process. The interviewers were enthusiastic.

Phone screening by HR TA followed by assessment center (consisting of short accounting quiz, case study&group presentation & panel interview with HR & Finance managers) ending with a panel CFO case study presentation

Multiple rounds of interviews. Each round consisting of 2-3 30 minute interviews with managerial level employees. They also bring you in for super day which consists of meeting other FMPs and FMP's global leaders.
