Hiring Manager called and carried out a telephone interview. Following the telephone interview, a plant visit and one on one interviews with the hiring manager and plant manager were arranged. The interviewers were friendly and the focus appeared to be more of whether you would fit in at their plant than anything else. This was a smaller company that had been acquired by GE, so they still had a indvidual comporate identity under the GE umbrella.
