It was smooth and engaging and the questions asked were relevant and to the point. The process can add more situational questions which can help gauge the candidate in a better way.

Downside, very lengthy and long interview process. The interview process is too exhausted for a non-managerial role to have 4-5 rounds of interviews and also assessments. The Talent Acquisition staff is quite arrogant and unfriendly.
