Downside, very lengthy and long interview process. The interview process is too exhausted for a non-managerial role to have 4-5 rounds of interviews and also assessments. The Talent Acquisition staff is quite arrogant and unfriendly.

3 rounds of interview with the recruiter, hiring manager and what would be a colleague/peer. Typical situational and behavioral questions, nothing too out of the ordinary. Fairly quick interviewing process from a timeline perspective.
