      Pros: good follow up timeline with the recruiter and communication on that front. The HM (Director) of the team had a strong interest in my CV and though I didn’t get to speak with them I appreciate the interest. Cons: the first and only Senior Specialist I spoke with didn’t communicate that the role was intended to be an admin-heavy position until *after* I had asked for clarifications on vague terms in the job description and answered their questions. Given the company’s desire to be a leading PEO provider, there’s a dangerously disorganized disconnect between what the job description communicated (very global mobility heavy) and what the senior specialists wanted (a lead HR administrator for the country I live in). I don’t think the SS I interviewed with knows what GM is; it’s literally equal parts HR admin and immigration/visa type processing services. Having global mobility experience is essential working for a PEO. The questions I was asked had *nothing* to do with assessing the administrative skills Globalization Partners sought. My strong HR admin experience and globally recognized qualifications were completely ignored despite the SS later stating that the role was external-facing (clients/employees of the EOR) and growth could be expected. If with 5 years of experience I’m not qualified enough, then the expectations are too high. Unfortunately I wouldn’t feel comfortable working for a company that doesn’t know what it wants and/or can’t analyze and communicate effectively to candidates what relevant questions to ask, especially on an operations front. The recruiter gave me the usual spiel of “keeping my CV on file...” but in good faith I wouldn’t accept any future outreach. Very disappointing experience and I will remember not to use this company as a PEO/EOR for any future HR roles I take on.

      Structure and systematic interview tools where you can clearly see which stages you are and what's next. Downside, very lengthy and long interview process. The interview process is too exhausted for a non-managerial role to have 4-5 rounds of interviews and also assessments. The Talent Acquisition staff is quite arrogant and unfriendly.
