Simple entry level questions regarding consultative sales process and the lead generation process. They'd like to know how you hunt for leads as you'll need to build your own pipeline quickly. Experience knowing the products (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, WebDev) and how they play into a customers path for the retailer.

I got a call via Phone from the recruiter, then was reviewed by a second tier manager located in a different location and he is the one who made me all these promises over the phone I was then interviewed by Skyp? this was very strange, no face to face. The last step was a call from the Regional V.P. After all this they made me an offer.

Spoke to recruiter on the phone first and then has two phone interviews for outside sales position. Received job offer after the second interview, even though I had never met anybody face to face. Company was somewhat vague about the commission structure and the number of successful reps in the field.
