Entrevista
I applied through my school's career center and was scheduled for an interview. The interview was 30 minutes over Skype with two managers. Not stressful but a little awkward to try to connect over a computer screen. I really wish a company with so many resources as Ford would buy a plane ticket. It came across a little amateurish.
