I applied for this position on Fords website, took an assessment test and a recruiter reached out to be via email about a week later. After giving my salary requirements the recruiter sent my resume to a hiring manager, who then reached out a few days later. The interview went very well. A few days later I received a call telling me that I was selected for the panel interview in Allen Park. As others have said, there is a welcome to Ford video as well as information on living in Michigan. I was interviewed by 3 managers who were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. There were a series of about 6 technical questions and 6 behavioral questions. Be aware each question houses at least 4 additional questions, so be prepared with good examples of your work. I received an offer a day and a half later. Everything was very well managed. I have been on several interviews and never felt so comfortable and well educated on where I was on each step of the process.
