Ford requires you to complete web-based assessments of numerical skills, verbal skills and One Ford culture fit before the initial interview. A Ford Recruiter will conduct an initial interview either in person or by phone After an initial interview, you will receive an email regarding whether or not you are eligible to proceed. If selected after the initial interview, candidates will be invited to an on-site interview at the Ford Talent Center in Southeast Michigan and a Ford representative will contact you with next steps if selected for an on-site interview. The on-site interview is designed to assess your technical skills as well as your leadership behaviors. The on-site interview process consists of a panel interview and optional modules designed to enhance the candidate’s understanding of Ford history and working at Ford ON-SITE.
