Pretty standard interview process, and interviews didn't feel overly technical or super difficult. The process included a screening call with a recruiter, a case study review and Q&A with two managers, and an hour-long conversation with two other researchers (pretty much a behavioral interview). It was surprisingly difficult to get scheduled for these interviews, and then there was 6 weeks of radio silence before learning the final outcome. During that time the recruiter didn't respond to occasional messages asking for updates. She also didn't respond to a request for feedback from the hiring team. Communication throughout the process was sub-par.
