Applied by emailing HR my resume and cover letter, got a Phone Interview and then multiple group face to face interviews at the head office, the setting was very relaxed and the interviewers were really calm and nice

The Ford interview process was straightforward and I enjoyed working with everyone involved. The interview was over five years ago and before the pandemic, so that could have changed since.

They sent me an email and gave me a time that works for me. I then logged on to the zoom and it was around a 15 minute interview. Around a day later, they accepted me for the test engineer role

it was good and smooth and the team has taken good care of the interns making sure that they are not feeling uncomfortable and are easily able to mingle with the other team members and no body else was feeling foreign in the campus.
