I received an initial call from the recruiter where we discussed the role, the hiring team, and my background. They wanted to know what mar tech I had worked with, what my precious role responsibilities were, etc. From there, I had one interview with a panel of 3 people and I received an offer less than a week after that interview.

The questions were mostly aimed towards understanding the way I work in cross functional teams and my analytical mindset. They asked how I handled issues where I had to use data to persuade stakeholders. They also asked about martech software that I was comfortable using.
First short interview with HR about the position, my previous experience. Next round one hour long interview with managers, questions about my motivation, experience, interests, the company and the industry.
