All online. There was a lot of red tape even to apply. I had to take a personally test. I was very surprised when they never asked me any technical questions.

Interview was about 30 mins long.
Everyone in the room was either a direct supervisor that you will work under or a direct parallel team.

Talk about yourself and your personal background. Pretty much just walk them through your resume.
Next part was the technical section, asking about your previous work project/experiences, and technical info regarding manufacturing( PLCs, NCs, etc.)
It consisted of a board of five interviewers from different areas asking how my skillset would be adaptable to each of their respective backgrounds. The process took a little over an hour.
