Shortly after applying, I receive a phone screening interview. After the interview, I was invited for on-site interview. Interview consisted of three managers. They were all friendly and there were about 10 behavioral situation questions. I believed I answer most of them correctly that illustrated my behavior toward the situation. But unfortunately they graded my interview low compare to other candidates and I was not offer a job position
