Very simple. No technical questions. All of the questions were based on soft skills. In addition, it is highly encouraged to answer these questions in the STAR/CAR method. If googled, there are guidelines to not only assist you with Ford's interview but with any other job interview.

One phone screening, recruiter described information about the position, and then asked me some basic questions about why I was interested, education and previous internship background. Then the final round interview was with team of three engineers from Ford who asked various questions.

HR interview is quite flexible. Detailed interview with manager is also nice as they are open for new ideas and people. I got asked about my projects and previous internship experience. And typical interview questions such as weakness,strength.
