Interviewed with 3 Managers which whom i will work with and for. Very straight foward, very honest! No complaints. Ford definately takes the time to ensure those who condiuct intervies are trained. Got an email offer of employment followed by phone confirmation. My only issue i had was the interview started 45 mins late due to them finding qualified interviewers.

The interview process consisted of phone screening, phone interview and in person interview. Overall process lasted one month and was smooth. Similar questions were asked in the phone and in person interview.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had 2 rounds of interviews before I got hired. First, phone screening and then an in-person interview with the management team. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks.

Great communication from interview to the end of the hiring process! Reached out a week after applying for a ovine interview. Followed by a webex interview, followed by an offer just a few weeks later. Would highly recommend working for ford if granted the opportunity.
