It was neat and professional, Through Bangalore Based Consultancy RGBSI. Consultancy does the initial screening using their own person, they face to face with Ford Technical Team.
If Exp Below 6 Years they will conduct Case Study Round First
Second will be face to face with Technical Person (1 or 2) mostly manager
IF you clear the above two rounds, Final will be One on one with General Manager
Then they will collect your current employment pay slips and salary letter, if this happens then 90% you will get selected. Offer with be sent after 2 weeks.

The intereview was first a phone screening and then they intervied me remotly over a webex meeting. It ran an hour long and consited of six questions that mostly focused on behavioral answers.
