The application process has been outsourced to a recruiting agency. The agency called back after one week after the application in order to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview took about 45 minutes to one hour. Most of the interview was held in German, only one question had to be answered in English. The interview has been held by one of the agents of the recruiting agency. In general, the first phone call was very general,and had not much to do with the work at Ford.
