Initially met with representatives of Ford to discuss an overall view of the company. Later led to an interview with the function representatives. Interview consisted of personality and behavioral questions. Then they handed me a case study and gave me 10 minutes to look over it. When they came back in the room we went through a simulation which was intense.

Met with recruiters at both informational meetings and career fairs. Was selected to participate in an interview. Interview is two parts. First standard interview with behavioral based questions, and secondly a role play. Role play is unique and challenging.

collected resume from all the candidates and made wait for 6 long hours without information and finally announced that interview hasbeen posponed due to the meeting
