It was great. Everyone was very friendly, typical STAR questions. I really enjoyed talking to them and telling them about myself and my experiences. I told them about my past work and internships.
HR reached out and scheduled an interview
Quick phone screen then a few interviews with 3 to 4 engineers. All of the interviews were related to project planning and customer interaction

Very straight forward, met with department managers and received plant tour. Questions where based on experience and scenarios. Some technical questions some personality questions. Asked about certain scenarios working with other individuals

Interview process wasn't so difficult. You have to take a test to prequalify for the in person interview. Once at the in person interview, they flew me to MI to do the interview. There wasnt many technical questions. It was mostly situational questions.
