they didnt even take the interview as i am not located in Ottawa, just the hr call completed, generally phone screening and technical interview should be taken, i was really disappointed.

It was quite comfortable, they were polite and professional and they tried to make the interview a little informal, as if we were in a coffee shop. I got interviewed in Spanish and later they asked to switch to English.

Technical knowledge exam to eliminate candidates, interview with engineer in charge of the area and finally interview with area supervisor, both interviews contained technical questions and questions about previous accomplishments inside and outside the company, willingness to learn and to grow is extremely appreciated. Ability to explain process is very important as also critical thinking.
